Laughter Yoga

I started practicing it about 15 years ago. I found some good books and videos from Japan, not from India. I first practiced it for 30 minutes every day for half a year. Then I thought it was too hard, and not fun anymore. I had to shorten the practice and do it less often. I now practice it twice a week and 7-8 minutes without movement while driving my car.
I like laughter yoga because it makes me happier. It gives me the feeling of "Don't worry, be happy!"
